Wide-Angle Night
Hi Everyone,
I want to thank everyone for attending the July NYUPS meeting. I also want to give a special thank you to everyone who submitted photos, video and who helped with the logistics of the meeting. Without Steve, Beau and Polina these meeting would not happen. Again NYUPS members presented some great work and we all learned from each other. We will continue to have monthly meetings at Arctica Bar & Grill on the first Tuesday of every month. Soon we will announce the speaker or theme of the August meeting.
If you have ideas for future meetings or speakers please email me, larry@liquidimagesuw.com. Our plan is to keep these meetings fun and informative so we could all grow as underwater image makers.

Hi Larry,
I thought it was interesting to see what other members are doing and shooting at the last meeting. We can learn from each other as to the what to shoot, how to shoot and how to enhance the particular shot before and after.
I thought your photos of the cold water diving and cave diving were outstanding. Not that I would ever go back to cold water diving after being certificated in Seattle and diving in the NW for many years. Beautiful diving but much too cold for me.

Thank you on the nice comments about my photos. I enjoyed your work as well. I think we are all really learning a lot from these meetings.
You might not dive in cold water anymore but I hope you come to the next meeting to see some cold water photos.
