Currently employed by NYC as a marine biologist for the past 16 years. My job involves monitoring water quality in NY Harbor.

What Was Your Favorite Dive Ever?
In 1989 I was on a research cruise in the Caribbean. We were in blue water doing dives for plankton and other small critters. Had been down at about 120 feet for a few minutes when a shadow passed over me. I looked up and basically stared as a blue whale (found that out later) passed over me and my buddy. That's a site I'll never forget, and I still kick myself for not having a camera with me on the dive.
