- I grew up in the Dominican Republic free diving and spear hunting since I was a little kid. I got certified in 1977, and in 1979 traded my spear gun for a second hand Nikonos III and Oceanic 2000 substrobe, never to look back. After all these years, I would still not remotely consider jumping in the water without a camera.

- Numerous long solo dives in 30 ft of water in the southern waters of the Dominican Republic shooting macro.
Yes, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc, are on my "to do" list, but I'm too freaking busy!

- Olympus SP-350, Olympus PT-030 housing, Inon Z-240, Ikelite DS-50 with EV manual controller, Nikonos V and Ikelites Ai strobes (along with film, on the way of extinction, sob).
