I am a freelance documentary producer/shooter/editor focusing on the pro-environment side of short and long form production. I have been working in television for nearly 30 years and I have been diving for over 38. I am also a PADI and HSA Instructor but I am not very active on that end of diving. Travel is everything to me and, of course, where I go so, too, goes the camera.
Crystal Rock, Komodo, Indonesia. I had an amazing encounter with a large Hawksbill Sea turtle for about forty five minutes. I nearly felt like exchanging contact info we got so close.
What Underwater Photo or Video Equipment Do you Use?
Haven't got anything posted at the moment - I left for Australia before I could compress anything down to vimeo's restrictions and my editing equip is still in the States.. Here's a link to a blog done by an IU Media Rep. who works with us in the Dominican Republic quite a bit. A lot of the footage is mine, and there's one entry there done entirely by me ("Divers explore inland cave"). I'll be working with the author of the blog on a program (maybe a series?) about the IU Office of Underwater Science.
