LARGE DOME PORT PROTECTION FOR TRAVEL

Six inch SLR Dome ports can fit in a large UK box travel and do not present problems fitting inside a suitcase. However, this is not the case for their 8" brethern. The extra two inches presents a significant difficulty in finding a lightweight hard shell case. Using a suitable size Pelican case inside a suitcase can work but is overkill and heavy.
